CINCINNATI MISSION TRIP
A 6-day trip mainly based around inner-city missions in the suburb of Covington, KY where we will partner with the MAC Center to do a variety of community outreach, minimal construction, and host an evening Backyard Bible School!
Suitable for families & individuals! This 6-day trip will be mainly based around inner-city missions in the suburb of Covington, KY where we will partner with the MAC Center to do a variety of community outreach, minimal construction, and host an evening Backyard Bible School! While on this trip, we will also visit the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum - both extremely fun, family-friendly exhibits!
There is a registration fee for each participant ($25.00 for each adult -18 and over or $15.00 for each child - under 18). This fee covers mission accidental insurance and background checks, etc. Since we will be working with children, adults 18 or over are required to have a current background by Nails Creek. (We will contact you to let you know the status of your background check - if yours is current, needs to be renewed, or if you need to complete a new background check.)
You will be responsible for booking your own hotel rooms. We have secured a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, Cincinnati Riverfront with a discounted rate of $126.00 plus tax, per night.
You will also be responsible for purchasing your own tickets to the Ark Encounter & the Creation Museum. You will need to purchase the Museum & Ark Combo tickets, but kids under 10 are free.
Most meals will be included at no cost to you, but *noted in the itinerary are the meals you will need to purchase on your own.

The following is a tentative itinerary
Sunday, June 18th:
7:00 am – Arrive at Nails Creek / load luggage
7:30 am – Team Worship
8:00 am – Depart for Covington, KY
Noon – * Picnic lunch (Everyone needs to bring a packed lunch)
5:00pm – Arrive at the hotel
6:00 pm – * Dinner own your own at Skyline Chili (https://www.skylinechili.com/)
Monday, June 19th & Tuesday, June 20th:
8:00-9:30 am - Breakfast at the hotel
9:30 am – Morning devotion in the conference room
9:45 am – Leave for the MAC Center
10:00 am – Mission work begins
Noon – Lunch at South Side Baptist Church
12:30 – Continue mission work
3:00-5:00 pm - Free time
5:00 pm – Dinner at South Side Baptist Church
6:00-8:00 pm – Backyard Bible School
8:15 pm – Head back to hotel
Wednesday, June 21st & Thursday, June 22nd:
7:00-7:45 am - Breakfast at the Hotel
7:45 am – Morning devotion
8:15 am – Leave for either Creation Museum or Ark Encounter
Noon – * Lunch on your own (There are food halls at both exhibits)
4:30 pm – Leave heading to the MAC Center
5:15 pm – Dinner at South Side Baptist Church
6:00-8:00 pm – Back Yard Bible School
8:15 pm – Head back to hotel
Friday, June 23rd:
6:00-6:30 am – Breakfast at the hotel
6:30 am – Morning devotion
7:00 am – Leave heading home
Noon – Picnic Lunch (We will pack these before we leave)
4:00 pm – Estimated arrival back at Nails Creek
